Laminar Air Flow- Horizontal Type Construction - Thick plyboard bench is reinforced with Teak wood - Visible surfaces are laminated with white Decolam - Interior surfaces are painted with air drying epoxy paint - Filter seat has rubber padding for perfect sealing - Perspex sheet side panels are made in Anodized Aluminium frame - Work table also laminated with white Deco frame Suction End - Suction end of the unit has washable pre-filters. - Pre-filters have efficiency of 90 down to 10 micron particle size. - Expanded metal covers are provided for protection of pre-fitters Delivery End - Delivery end has Super air H.E.P.A. Filters, composing of non- woven micro fibre glass pleated media. - Pleats are separated by corrugated aluminium foil separators Filters are protected by a plastic grill Blower Assembly - Blower assembly has 1/4 H.P. Electric motor of , "AMERICAN UNIVERSAL" or equivalent make and balanced blowers Entire blower assembly mounted on a frame and suspended'S'hooks to ensure noiseless and vibration free working.
