Laminar Air Flow- Vertical Type - Air flows vertically from top to bottom. - Thick plyboard bench is reinforced with teak wood and mounted on top of a tabular frame. - Frame has acrylic side panels and is used as a work bench. The back of frame is covered with laminated board of aluminium sheet. - Visible surfaces are laminated with white Decolam - Interior surfaces are painted with air drying epoxy paint - Filter seat has rubber padding for perfect sealing - Perspex sheet side panels are med in Anodized Aluminium frame - Work table also laminated with white Decolam. Suction End - Suction end of the unit has washable pre-filters. - Pre-filters have efficiency of 90 down to 10 micron particle size. - Expanded metal covers are provided for protection of pre- filters. Delievery End - Delivery end has Super air H.E.P.A. Filters, composing of non-woven micro fibre glass pleated media. - Pleats are separated by corrugated aluminium foil separators - Filters are protected by a plastic grill. Blower Assembly - Blower assembly has 1/4" H.P. Electric motor of "AMERICAN UNIVERSAL" or equivalent make and balanced blowers. - Entire blower assembly mounted on a frame and suspended "S" hooks to ensure noiseless and vibration free working.
